Must Have
Fluency in English and French is mandatory
Nice to Have
At least one previous experience in one of the following areas would be highly beneficial: Investment banking (M&A, Leveraged Finance or sector-focused teams such as Infrastructure, Energy), Private equity, Transaction Services team of a leading audit firm, Leading strategy consulting firm, Knowledge of fund structuring and fund vehicles would be highly valued
What You'll Do.
assist in the asset management of existing portfolio of investments
analysis and execution of potential investments opportunities
financial analysis and valuation of investment opportunities
preparation of investment materials
financial modelling (Excel): forecasts
financial optimisation and sensitivity analyses
Work closely with the Luxembourg-based financing team on a range of ongoing projects
including acquisition financings and refinancings
responding to Limited Partners’ requests
including: ad-hoc analyses and clarifications
and contribution to LP reporting and ongoing communication needs
monitoring companies in which the fund has already invested
automate and improve reporting processes and tools
Preparing internal reporting presentations (Boards of directors
Committees) as well as clients reporting
Analysis of new investment perimeters (countries
sectors) through ad-hoc reviews with a special focus on German speaking countries

fully integrated to the rest of the team based in Paris, London, Madrid, Milan, Frankfurt, New York and Santiago de Chile; work effectively across functions and geographies

Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to produce clear, concise and high‑quality materials for internal and external stakeholders

ability to manage multiple workstreams and meet deadlines
