What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Minimum 10 years of experience in cloud engineering organization, data platform engineering, or solution architecture roles, Proven, hands-on experience with the Snowflake Data Platform in enterprise-scale environments, understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and cloud-native data architectures, Experience influencing or owning platform/product roadmaps in partnership with Product Management, Solid background in data engineering concepts, performance optimization, security, and governance, communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior leadership and client levels, Demonstrated ability to collaborate across engineering, product, architecture, and business teams, Strategic thinker with a pragmatic, execution-oriented mindset, Comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving alignment across multiple stakeholders, Proven ability to mentor, coach, and inspire high-performing technical teams

Nice to Have

Financial Services industry experience is strongly preferred, Experience supporting regulated environments with data security, compliance, and governance requirements, Prior experience in customer-facing or consulting roles is a plus

What You'll Do.

Define Cloud Platform Engineering roadmap for Snowflake

Align roadmap with enterprise and business product strategies

Partner with Product Management on cloud engineering capabilities

Translate requirements into Snowflake platform capabilities

Lead Snowflake platform enablement

Stay current on Snowflake features and integrations

Drive adoption of Snowflake capabilities

Drive adoption through Proof-of-Concept to production

Collaborate to design and review Snowflake-based solutions

Provide technical leadership for solutioning

Influence engineering standards and CI/CD practices

Engage with clients and stakeholders

Understand business needs and design solutions

Act as a trusted advisor in client discussions

Communicate complex technical concepts

Serve as a bridge between teams

Provide thought leadership on cloud data platform strategy

How You'll Work.

Partner with internal engineering teams, architects, product leaders, and external clients; Collaborate with developers, data engineers, and solution architects; Serve as a bridge between Cloud Platform Engineering, Product, Architecture, and Business teams; Demonstrated ability to collaborate across engineering, product, architecture, and business teams

Communication Scope
