What They're Looking For.
Must Have
3+ years of experience working with Linux-based systems and cloud infrastructure, Hands-on experience with AWS, Terraform, Kubernetes, Datadog, Cloudflare, and OpenSearch, Experience operating and supporting production systems in an on-call environment, Familiarity with modern DevOps tooling and CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI or GitHub Actions), Experience delivering projects with dependencies across technical and non-technical teams, understanding of reliability, observability, and secure infrastructure practices, Interest in secure-by-default infrastructure design and compliance requirements, Clear communicator and effective team collaborator, Willingness to participate in on-call rotation between 9am–9pm PT / 12pm–12am ET once every four weeks (Sunday–Monday)
Nice to Have
Familiarity with FedRAMP, SOC 2, or ISO 27001 environments, Exposure to AI-related infrastructure concerns (e.g. , model deployment, data handling, compliance)
