Must Have
1–3 years of software engineering experience, with some exposure to infrastructure or distributed systems, Working knowledge of Rust, Go, or another systems language, Basic understanding of distributed systems concepts (consensus, fault tolerance, latency), Basic experience with at least one major cloud provider (AWS, GCP, or Azure), Eagerness to learn secure, fault-tolerant infrastructure practices, Good written and spoken Business English
Nice to Have
Hands-on experience with familiarity with Kubernetes is a plus, Exposure to observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, or similar, Familiarity with Infrastructure-as-Code tools such as Terraform or Pulumi, Experience running distributed blockchain infrastructure, validator networks, or Layer-1 systems, Knowledge of MEV mitigation, transaction ordering fairness, or decentralized exchange infrastructure, Experience optimizing consensus or transaction pipelines for determinism and low latency, Familiarity with zero-knowledge proofs or cryptographic
