Must Have
Bachelor’s degree in IT or CS, Equivalent practical experience, Basic knowledge of IT infrastructure, Familiarity with Windows Server/Linux, Basic understanding of networking concepts, Experience with enterprise monitoring tools, Exposure to ITSM tools, Understanding of ITIL processes, Basic knowledge of backup monitoring, Analytical and troubleshooting skills, Good communication skills, Good documentation skills, Ability to work 24/7 shifts, Willingness to learn new technologies
Nice to Have
SolarWinds, Zabbix, Nagios, PRTG experience, ServiceNow, Jira Service Management experience
What You'll Do.
Provide L1 operational support
Perform 24/7 monitoring
Respond to alerts and incidents
Conduct initial triage and diagnosis
Troubleshoot infrastructure incidents
Escalate to L2/L3 support
Monitor server health and availability
Monitor network device health
Monitor storage system health
Monitor critical service health
Ensure service continuity
Manage incident tickets
Manage service requests
Adhere to SLA requirements
Execute standard operational procedures
Perform system checks
Perform log monitoring
Perform service validation
Perform basic user account administration
Process access requests
Monitor scheduled tasks
Report backup failures
Support network connectivity troubleshooting
Verify IP connectivity
Verify DNS resolution
Verify service availability
Assist in change implementation
Execute approved changes
Document change results
Maintain operational documentation
Maintain knowledge base articles
Maintain incident records
Support continuous service improvement
Coordinate with internal teams
Coordinate with vendors
Coordinate with application support
Support Production environments
Support UAT environments
Support Development environments
