Join our dynamic team and make your mark on the payments technology landscape of tomorrow. ## ****Key Responsibilities**** * # Operate and maintain cloud and on-premises infrastructure that supports multiple Global Payments platforms. * # Perform system administration and troubleshooting for Linux and Windows environments. * # Participate in incident response, root cause analysis, and problem resolution. * # Carry out patching, lifecycle management, and routine maintenance tasks. * # Execute changes, upgrades, and deployments with a focus on stability and compliance. * # Collaborate with Platform Engineering to test and adopt new technologies. * # Follow operational processes (Change, Incident, Problem, and Service Management). * # Participate in an on-call rota to provide 24/7 support for critical systems. * # Contribute to documentation, knowledge sharing, operational handovers and process improvements. ## ****Required Skills & Experience**** * # Strong experience in Linux system administration (Windows exposure a plus). * # Practical experience supporting infrastructure in production environments (GCP/AWS/Azure) * # Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform, Ansible). * # Solid troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. * # Experience with patching, lifecycle management, and monitoring. ## ****Preferred Skills & Technologies**** * # Scripting (Python, Bash, PowerShell). * # Cloud platforms: GCP, Azure, AWS. * # Containers: Kubernetes, Docker. * # CI/CD exposure: Git, Je
