Hands on experience in supporting Reflection\MSS\HAC infrastructure, Hands on experience in Windows system administration and scripting knowledge, Hands on experience supporting a Windows based production and development infrastructure, Experience in supporting applications in the Cloud environment\ Virtual platform, Hands on experience in Verastream\ automation tools and java expertise, Prepared to work directly with users troubleshooting connectivity issues via email, chat, or ticketing system, Provide continuous monitoring and maintenance of applications and infrastructures to ensure critical host-based and core business applications remain accessible, secure, and fully integrated with modern platforms

Able to communicate effectively with users from different countries and management levels, Responsible for critical support and SLAs of the RESCAT 0 Estate supporting over 22,000 global users, as well as other critical systems in the US, Work on Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management (IPC), Provide Weekend/On-Call work for repetitive tasks such as patching, server reboots, certificate renewals, supporting software upgrades (MQ, Autosys, DB2 Client), DCR tests, risk and controls, change and transformation, business acumen, strategic thinking, digital and technology

# **Job Description** **Purpose of the role** To build and maintain infrastructure platforms and products that support applications and data systems, using hardware, software, networks, and cloud computing platforms as required with the aim of ensuring that the infrastructure is reliable, scalable, and secure. Ensure the reliability, availability, and scalability of the systems, platforms, and technology through the application of software engineering techniques, automation, and best practices in incident response. **Accountabilities** * Build Engineering: Development, delivery, and maintenance of high-quality infrastructure solutions to fulfil business requirements ensuring measurable reliability, performance, availability, and ease of use. Including the identification of the appropriate technologies and solutions to meet business, optimisation, and resourcing requirements. * Incident Management: Monitoring of IT infrastructure and system performance to measure, identify, address, and resolve any potential issues, vulnerabilities, or outages.
