What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Infrastructure Engineering, Minimum 10+ years of experience in infrastructure projects, Proven experience in: Site supervision, Design review, Material submittals, Method statement evaluation, knowledge of infrastructure systems (roads, utilities, stormwater, sewerage, etc.), Familiarity with international standards (ASTM, BS, EN) and KSA regulations, Proficiency in reviewing engineering drawings and construction documents, Experience with QA/QC processes and documentation
Nice to Have
Experience in entertainment, mixed-use, or large-scale infrastructure projects, Prior experience in Saudi Arabia / GCC projects
