Key Responsibilities IT Documentation Management Develop, maintain, and govern a centralized IT documentation repository covering infrastructure systems, network topology, server configurations, and asset inventories. Create and update standard operating procedures (SOPs), runbooks, technical guides, and architecture diagrams for all IT infrastructure components. Establish and enforce documentation standards, templates, and version control practices across the IT team. Conduct periodic reviews and audits of existing documentation to ensure accuracy, relevance, and compliance with organizational and regulatory requirements. Manage document lifecycle processes including creation, approval, revision, and archival. Infrastructure Operations Support Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of servers, networking equipment, storage systems, and related infrastructure. Document change management activities, including system upgrades, patching schedules, and infrastructure modifications. Support incident management processes by maintaining accurate records of incidents, root cause analyses (RCA), and resolution steps. Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams to capture and translate technical knowledge into clear, structured documentation. Process & Compliance Ensure IT documentation aligns with ITIL frameworks, ISO 27001, or other relevant standards adopted by the organization. Support interna
