Must Have
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent work experience, 7+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, Experience in architecting enterprise applications across the application, data, and infrastructure domains, Experience in managing and driving enterprise architecture capabilities within a large corporation, understanding of enterprise architecture principles and practices, Team player able to work effectively at all levels of an organization with the ability to influence others to move toward consensus, highly reliable, trustworthy, honest, and commitment oriented, Experience in performing industry analysis and identifying technology trends specific to the portfolio, The ability to manage and mentor a team of architects ensuring the development and growth of the team, situational analysis and decision-making abilities
Nice to Have
Master’s degree in technology or business desirable, At least 3 years in a leadership role desirable, Experience in the Financial Services industry is preferred

Full Job Description
**Location:** 4910 Tiedeman Road, Brooklyn Ohio The Domain Architecture Manager provides strategic leadership to guide technology decisions at Key across architecture areas with a focus on infrastructure, cloud, data, and analytics domains. The individual will lead a team of architects in day-to-day operations and will work with technology teams to help define technology strategy and assuring cross-portfolio alignment. They will assist in the review and approval of the architecture designs for the delivery of projects. They will help develop and communicate the Bank's technology architecture plan and the infrastructure components required to support it. # Essential Job Functions * Ability to think strategically and align to the organizational readiness. * Ability to influence decisions based on merit. * Independent thinker and self-starter * Collaborate across architecture teams to develop more strategic EA guidance for projects. * Collaborate with other teams to ensure that solutions are integrated and aligned with overall enterprise architecture. * Ensure that solutions are scalable, secure, and reliable. * Build and maintain a pipeline of team initiatives that align the business solution architecture team to Key strategic efforts and goals. * Change agent with business stake holders * Evaluate short-term business needs required to support key business goals and establish priorities.
