**Job Description & Summary** **Key responsibilities:** * Support the design and implementation of advisory projects in infrastructure development, including but not limited to transport, energy, social and municipal sectors. * Contribute to the preparation of infrastructure project concepts, pre-feasibility and feasibility studies, covering institutional, economic, and other components. * Contribute to economic analysis, including assessment of macroeconomic trends, preparation of basic forecasts, and support to cost-benefit analysis for infrastructure projects. * Coordinate project activities, including work planning, stakeholder communication, progress tracking, and input from internal teams and external experts (subject-matter experts, engineers, environmental and social experts, etc.). * Engage with government institutions, municipalities, utilities, donors, financial institutions, and private sector stakeholders to collect data, validate findings, and support project implementation. * Contribute to capacity-building and stakeholder engagement activities, including workshops, training materials, and presentations for public authorities and other stakeholders. * Contribute to strategic, policy, and operational recommendations related to infrastructure development, public investment management, urban and regional development, and economic recovery. * Prepare reports, presentations, briefing notes, and other client deliverables in Ukrainian and English. * Support the preparation of technical and commercial proposals, tender submissions, and other business development materials for international financial institutions, donors, and public sector clients. **Experience:** * 4+ years of professional experience, including at least 2 years of hands-on involvement in several stages of infrastructure project preparation and execution (such as concept development, pre-feasibility/feasibility studies and/or implementation support). * Experience working for a donor-funded ent
