What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field from a recognized university, Minimum 15+ years of experience in infrastructure design within the AECO industry, Proven experience in rail or infrastructure projects, including express or high-performance rail systems, experience managing multidisciplinary design teams and complex design interfaces, Good understanding of civil infrastructure elements including alignment, structures, tunnels, viaducts, and utilities, Experience in design development, coordination, and preparation of tender documentation, leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, Experience working in complex multi-stakeholder environments, preferably in the GCC
Nice to Have
