What They're Looking For.

Must Have

2+ years of computer hardware troubleshooting and repair experience, 1+ years of computer networking experience, High school or equivalent diploma, 1+ years of Computer Hardware Repair, Infrastructure Cabling, Network Deployment, or Data Center Operations experience, or experience in similar technical or vocational roles

Nice to Have

Experience dealing effectively with customers during problem resolution and operating efficiently under pressure, Industry standard certification (CompTIA, CCENT, or Network+)
