WHAT YOU'LL DO? We are looking for an Infrastructure Delivery Manager to lead delivery across a growing portfolio of complex infrastructure programs across APAC and globally. Optiver’s Infrastructure group sits within Platform Engineering and underpins our trading environment across data centres, networks, compute & storage platforms, infrastructure services, cloud services and production systems. The work is broad, technical and fast-paced: building and improving the infrastructure that supports a globally distributed trading environment where reliability, execution quality, operational resilience, and speed of delivery all matter. This is not a traditional project management role. We are looking for someone who has built or operated infrastructure themselves before moving into delivery leadership. You do not need to be the deepest technical expert in the room, but you do need the engineering judgement and credibility to partner with senior engineers, challenge assumptions, understand dependencies, surface trade-offs, and help teams make good decisions under uncertainty.
