The Infrastructure Delivery team is looking for a Manager to join our expanding Infrastructure Operations team. The Infrastructure Delivery Manager manages the implementation and delivery of inbound capacity and equipment. If you would like to use people skills and technical knowledge and apply them to delivering on-time, defect-free service, we’d like to meet you. Your work will help to create sustainable processes and standards; and drive automation opportunities to reduce delivery cycle times and to improve quality without impacting network availability. Key job responsibilities The Infra Delivery Manager will: • Prioritize and assign tasks to data center technicians and operators, project management, coaching and creating documentation. • Manage inbound capacity from receiving through deployment stages • Manage the installation network and cabling infrastructure in a data center environment • Guide, train and educate staff on the best practices related to all service owner issues • Manage tasks
