Join AWS as an Infrastructure Delivery Cluster Manager and lead the implementation of network capacity and equipment across our global data center platform. You'll manage a growing team of skilled technicians while driving process improvements and automation that enhance operational excellence and reduce delivery timelines. Key job responsibilities Manage the implementation and delivery of inbound capacity and equipment through all deployment stages, ensuring projects stay on schedule and within budget Lead, mentor, and develop a growing team of data center technicians and operators, providing coaching, documentation, and clear performance expectations Design, refine, and implement processes and standards that optimize operational excellence, drive automation opportunities, and reduce delivery cycle times Coordinate team resources across projects of varying sizes, including emergency initiatives, change management, and maintenance window support Establish and maintain compliance with industry best practices, required service level agreements, and Amazon performance management requirements A day in the life As an Infrastructure Delivery Cluster Manager at AWS, you'll balance strategic oversight with hands-on leadership.
