1+ years computer networking experience, 2+ years hands-on network equipment deployment, 2+ years ticketing systems experience, Experience with data center operations, Experience with inventory management, Experience with hot/cold aisles, Experience with security in data centers, Working knowledge of PDUs, Working knowledge of battery/UPS systems
Nice to Have
Bachelor's degree in IT, Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Experience working in data center environment, Experience with cabling infrastructure best practices, Experience with cabling infrastructure methodologies, Experience dealing with customers during problem resolution, Experience operating efficiently under pressure, Can work in cramped spaces, Can work in elevated locations, Can lift and rack equipment up to 40 pounds
