What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field, Minimum of 8 years of scheduling experience on large-scale construction projects, Minimum of 3 years of experience supporting data center, mission-critical, or hyperscale infrastructure projects, Proficiency with Primavera P6 scheduling software, Experience with integrated master schedules (IMS), CPM analysis, reporting, earned value, and schedule quality review experience
Nice to Have
Experience working on hyperscale data center programs, Knowledge of project controls, cost management, and earned value management principles, Familiarity with BIM/VDC coordination and digital project delivery tools, Experience with schedule risk analysis and recovery planning, analytical and problem-solving capabilities, Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliverables simultaneously, Experience working in owner’s representative or consulting environments, PMI-SP, PSP, or PMP certification preferred, Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and reporting tools

Facilitate interactive planning sessions
Ensure General Contractors develop integrated baseline schedules
Identify and manage critical paths
Own schedule quality by auditing Primavera P6 schedules
Lead schedule reporting and execution support
Track activity progress
Prepare independent schedule analyses and forecasts
Identify schedule issues
Propose mitigation plans
Produce and maintain project deliverables
