Full Job Description

## Description You'll develop, review, and manage project-specific Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) Plans in alignment with the Global Construction Safety Policy and OSHA regulations. You'll lead the development and implementation of cost control systems, plans, and procedures across project portfolios. You'll monitor budgets, expenditures, and forecasts to ensure compliance with all project and corporate financial objectives. You'll identify cost variances, potential risks, and savings opportunities, proposing corrective actions as required. You'll prepare and maintain detailed cost reports, dashboards, and forecasts for project leadership and stakeholders. You'll conduct variance analysis, cash flow tracking, and earned value performance reporting. You'll partner with project management, engineering, procurement, and finance teams to coordinate all aspects of cost control. You'll act as a trusted financial advisor to project leadership, providing clear and actionable recommendations. You'll lead and mentor cost control team members, fostering professional development and accountability. You'll drive process improvement and standardization in cost management practices and tools. Onsite at client site: The work location for this role is onsite with our clients and partners to enable delivery and cultivate our client relationships. With all our roles, there is some in-person time for collaboration, learning and building relationships with clients, peers, leaders and communities.
