What They're Looking For.
Must Have
10 years construction management experience, 5 years managing public construction projects, Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Nice to Have
CCM, PMP, PE, or similar professional certification, Experience with transit/rail, roadway, utility, or vertical construction, Familiarity with prevailing wage, PLA, and local compliance requirements, Spanish language proficiency
