What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Aviation, Business, Engineering, Construction Management, Planning or other related technical field, 15 years or more experience, Experience with projects more than $100 million in value, Experience with various delivery methods, Proven ability to perform in a management capacity, Excellent written and oral communication skills, Thorough knowledge of industry practices and regulations
Nice to Have
Airport projects experience preferred, Relevant professional licensure and/or certification, Ability to work in CAD or REVIT
What You'll Do.
Act as primary liaison with ITM representative
Manage IT scope implementation
Act as primary liaison with CBP and TSA
Manage IT infrastructure requirements
Manage integration requirements
Review and validate IT scope costs
Oversee buildout of IT rooms
Oversee commissioning of IT rooms
Oversee buildout of networks
Oversee commissioning of networks
Oversee buildout of cabling
Oversee commissioning of cabling
Coordinate with contractor(s)
Coordinate with IMT system owners
Lead migration activities
Lead integration activities
Lead commissioning activities
Lead integration workshops
Lead deployment activities
Lead final commissioning of terminal systems
Lead integration workshops for building/mechanical systems
Lead deployment of building/mechanical systems
Lead final commissioning of building/mechanical systems
Coordinate with LAWA cyber security team
Coordinate with contractor’s IT system providers
Integrate into LAWA ecosystem
Meet security requirements
Work with contractors
Work with stakeholders
Develop planning of construction activities
Identify critical milestones
Ensure work performed to latest versions
Inspect work to latest versions
