You’ll assist with RFP creation for engineering and construction bidding and maintain project Phase Checklists. You’ll help build project schedules and follow up on permit status with the point-of-contact. You’ll request the opening of Project IDs and Workorders and obtain financial updates from vendors. You’ll update financial forecasts in client systems and prepare various project status reports and Key Performance Indicators. You’ll perform vendor invoice reviews,
