Must Have
Bachelor's degree from an accredit university, Minimum of 15 years’ experience in electrical utilities construction project management, PMP or be willing to obtain PMP within 24 months, Valid driver’s license and a driving record that meets Accenture hiring requirements
Nice to Have
Experience administering large dollar projects, Previous supervisory experience, Knowledge and experience in underground electric transmission and substation construction projects, Proficient users of Microsoft Office, Knowledge of OSHA safety policies

Act as a coach and mentor to project teams; Ensure good working relationships between project managers, line managers, and employees; Serve as the primary communicator with the sponsor and key stakeholders; Coordinate project requirements with external and internal stakeholders; Ensure project team members understand their respective responsibilities; Lead team members to ensure task completion
