Must Have
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering or related field or additional four (4) years of related experience, 5+ years of senior level construction management or design management experience, 15+ years of project management experience, Minimum of two successful data center construction projects
Nice to Have
Experience on projects under design and/or construction, Shown acumen for managing people, Advanced certifications such as CCM, PMP, CEM, or CPMP, Experience commissioning hyperscale and / or colocation data centers, Flexibility to travel to work location, Commitment to sustainable and energy-efficient design practices
