What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor’s Degree in construction management, project management, engineering, architecture, or equivalent experience/degree, 5+ years experience in the data center industry, 3+ years experience with Hyperscale (>30MW) Data Centers, 15+ years of progressive experience in construction and commissioning project delivery, 10+ years of demonstrated functional knowledge of contracts, drawings, estimates, and specifications, Demonstrated ability to think ahead and plan over a 3 to 5 year time, Experience leading large markets or business sectors, Experience leading and developing teams
Nice to Have
PE, CCM, PMP, CFE, COA, LEED and/or Master’s Degree, written and verbal communication skills, computer skills, Proficient in reading and understanding contract documents, plans and specifications, Proficient using Microsoft Office Suite, MS Project and/or Primavera
