What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Minimum of 5 years of scheduling experience on large-scale construction projects, Minimum of 3 years of experience supporting data center, mission-critical, or hyperscale infrastructure projects, Proficiency with Primavera P6 scheduling software, Experience developing and managing CPM schedules throughout the full project lifecycle
Nice to Have
Experience working on hyperscale data center programs, Knowledge of project controls, cost management, and earned value management principles, Familiarity with BIM/VDC coordination and digital project delivery tools, Experience with schedule risk analysis and recovery planning, analytical and problem-solving capabilities, Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliverables simultaneously, Experience working in owner’s representative or consulting environments, PMI-SP, PSP, or PMP certification preferred, Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and reporting tools
