What They're Looking For.
Must Have
2+ years of minimum cost management experience, Bachelor's degree or equivalent - in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Engineering, Data Analytics or another cost / construction focused
Nice to Have
Experience working in hyper-scale data centers is a plus, Thorough and complete knowledge of the construction process and management techniques, methods, and materials., Proficient in the use of advanced functions in CostX to produce estimates, bills, etc., Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint) at an appropriate level, Must be proficient in Microsoft Project, Word, Excel, Outlook, Organized and detail oriented

Contribute to pre-contract process meetings
Create and manage cost control reports
Attend client meetings
