What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Minimum of ten (10) years of experience in Construction Management on transit projects of at least $30 million, Minimum of three (3) years of supervisory experience in the management of major construction contracts of similar size and scope, Valid California Class C driver’s license
Nice to Have
Experience with EV charging infrastructure projects is a plus

ensure the safety of Client employees

act as the Owner’s representative in all matters related to the project
overseeing and managing all project staff
daily field and office activities
and all ancillary functions of the project
support Client executive management in the execution of the project
monitor the project schedule and budget
reporting as required to Client executive leadership
manage the project to maintain quality
assist in the oversight of all engineering
and community outreach functions
represent the Client in the community and with public agencies
maintain the project safety culture
provide oversight to ensure zero lost-time incidents on the project
protect the interests of the traveling public and the Client at all times
ensure conformance with all Client contract documents
perform constructability reviews
provide comments on design packages
