You’ll administer Construction Contracts from inception to closeout. You’ll oversee scheduling, sequencing, permits, and project closeout with officials. You’ll manage subcontractor engagement and enforce health & safety onsite. You’ll review project progress for quality and compliance with drawings/specs.
