Watch Our Story: ' https://www.hdrinc.com/our-story'  Develop and maintain standard VCF Automation blueprints and catalog items using approved templates and design patterns. Build and update Orchestrator workflows for routine provisioning, deprovisioning, and lifecycle tasks under guidance. Support integration of automation requests with ServiceNow service catalog items and approval workflows. Assist with Git-based version control, testing, and promotion of infrastructure-as-code changes through established CI/CD processes. Support development and maintenance of internal platform APIs and reusable automation modules. Execute validation testing for blueprint, workflow, and integration changes before production release. Document automation logic, configuration standards, runbooks, and support procedures. Participate in incident, request, and change processes related to automation-supported platform services. Follow established security, secrets-handling, logging, and change-control practices for automation solutions. Schedule & Presence:  This on-site role supports 24/7 operations through real-time collaboration, standard shifts occur within a 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM window, Monday through Friday.  Additionally, this position requires scheduled on-call flexibility and the ability to remain reasonably reachable during off-hours for critical business continuity. Preferred Qualifications Exposure to VCF Automation / Aria Automation or comparable self-service automation platforms. Exposure to VMware Orchestrator workflow development or similar orchestration tools. Familiarity with Terraform, Ansible, or other
