Troubleshoot complex technical scenarios
US citizen, Maintain active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph, Opt into commensurate clearance, Lift and/or move up to 40 pounds, Participate in group lifts for 41+ pounds, Work in 24/7 environment, Participate in responder rotation, Provide after-hours support, Work in cramped environments, Work in elevated environments, Work in noisy environments, Stand and walk for up to 8+ hours a day, Ascend and descend ladders, Ascend and descend stairs, Ascend and descend gangways, Ability to travel to or commute between data center locations, Willingness to temporarily work at alternative sites, Travel (over 50 miles) or commute (less than 50 miles) to active data center sites, Reliable personal vehicle, Valid driver's license
What They're Looking For.
Must Have
high school diploma or equivalent, 1+ year of experience in technical or vocational roles, Current, active US Government Security Clearance of Top Secret with SCI eligibility or above
Nice to Have
Knowledge of network cabling, optic types, and test equipment, Industry standard certifications (CompTIA, CCENT, Network+), Experience with cabling infrastructure best practices and methodologies
What You'll Do.
Move and implement large enterprise equipment
Install Fiber and Copper cabling
Patch cabling between equipment
Ensure safety and security standards are maintained
Follow hardware installation procedures
Perform break-fix activities
Safely use material handling tools and equipment
Travel within and outside of the regional work
