What They're Looking For.
Must Have
2+ years of management/team lead function experience, 2+ years of experience in a data center technology role, 2+ years of knowledge in TCP/IP networking, knowledge of network cabling, knowledge of fiber, knowledge of optic types, knowledge of test equipment
Nice to Have
Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional or military experience in an IT-related field, Experience with installing physical data center equipment, Understanding of networking infrastructure topology, Certifications in a relevant field, Behavioral interviewing and hiring experience, Ability to work on a flexible schedule

Exceed Health & Safety standards
Create metrics on Data Centers
Maintain metrics on Data Centers
Utilize metrics to drive positive changes
