What They're Looking For.
Must Have
1+ years of Computer Hardware Repair experience, 1+ years of Infrastructure Cabling experience, 1+ years of Network Deployment experience, 1+ years of Data Center Operations experience, 1+ years of Technical Project Management experience, Understanding of decommissioning hardware/software and procedures
Nice to Have
Comfortable working in cramped spaces, Comfortable working in elevated locations, Adhering to health & safety guidelines, Experience dealing effectively with customers, Operating efficiently under pressure, Experience managing work and priorities through a ticketing system
What You'll Do.
Physically decommission network and cable infrastructure
Manage assigned work and priorities
Provide status updates to Stakeholder
Coordinate and deliver multiple tasks
Exhibit quality workmanship
Maintain Data Center cleanliness
Leverage logical tools and systems
Follow all production
safety and quality standards
Collaborate with various Stakeholders to remove obstacles
Read datacenter build documentation
Comprehend site specific layout material
Scope effort assigned
Validate work is ready for decommissioning
Create change requests
Execute assigned effort
Document all efforts via ticketing system
