About MBRDI: Mercedes-Benz Research and Development India (MBRDI), headquartered in Bengaluru with a satellite office in Pune, is the largest R&D center for Mercedes-Benz Group AG outside of Germany. Our mission is to drive innovation and excellence in automotive engineering, digitalization, and sustainable mobility solutions, shaping the future of mobility. Key responsibilities Perform manual testing of functional, regression, integration, and exploratory test scenarios. Write, review, and maintain test cases and test plans. Identify, log, and track defects using bug tracking tools. Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to ensure quality standards. Support automation efforts using Python and Robot Framework where applicable. Participate in test strategy discussions, reviews, and risk assessments. Validate application behavior across different environments and platforms. Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes and best practices. Required Skills & Qualifications: 2–6 years of manual testing experience in enterprise or large-scale applications. Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Agile methodologies. Hands-on experience with test case creation, execution, and defect management. Experience with Python and Robot Framework automation is a plus. Knowledge of bug tracking and test management tools (e.g., Jira, TestRail). Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Why Join Us?
