What You'll Do.
deploy and maintain end-user equipment such as desktops
and maintain common IT areas
maintain inventory levels
Provide technical support to office staff and remote workers for hardware
and repair workstations and other end-user devices for office and remote staff
Keep IT areas organized and clean
Maintain and organize IT inventory
Assist the rest of the IT team with other tasks and projects
Affirm and adhere to Sonic's confidentiality policies and procedures
