They will help to deploy and maintain end-user equipment such as desktops, laptops, cellphones, tablets, and other devices. They will help to clean, organize, and maintain common IT areas, as well as maintain inventory levels. Position Type/Expected Hours of Work: IT Technician is a full-time (40 hours per week), non-exempt/hourly position. Typical schedule is Monday through Friday 8 am-5 pm. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand. This position is full-time onsite position at our HQ in Santa Rosa, no remote work. Travel: Travel is not typical for this position. Supervisory Responsibilities: IT Technician position does not have supervisory responsibilities.
