Associates of Arts/Science degree, 5+ years of related experience, TS/SCI w/Poly clearance, CompTIA Security+ certification, US Citizenship required

Nice to Have

What You'll Do.

Respond to user inquiries

Log and track support requests

Diagnose and resolve technical issues

Provide step-by-step guidance

Escalate complex issues

Provide guidance to professionals

Assist with password resets

Assist with account lockouts

Assist with access issues

Support printer troubleshooting

Support scanner troubleshooting

Support peripheral troubleshooting

Maintain inventory of IT assets

Contribute to knowledge base

Create tickets for users

Submit tickets for users

Maintain professional tone

Maintain empathetic tone

Communicate technical information clearly

Document ticket status
