**It 's more than a career, it's a calling.** MO-SSM Health 7980 Clayton RD **Worker Type:** Regular **Job Summary:** Maintenance and support of the computer and network hardware, infrastructure and supported applications which may include telecommunication systems. **Job Responsibilities and Requirements:** PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES * Works under the guidance of the Senior Analyst Technical Support to provide support and participate in project activities. * Responsible for facility IS duties, minor hardware/software configuration and repairs. * Installs, repairs, modifies, maintains and provides technical support for applications, PC operating systems, PC hardware, printers and related peripherals. * Provides operational and administrative support; testing, printing and report distribution, backups, first line support, etc. * Utilizes the service ticketing system to log reported issues, document resolution, and/or assign to appropriate work group. * Performs other duties as assigned. EDUCATION * High School diploma/GED or 10 years of work experience EXPERIENCE * One year customer service experience PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS * Frequent lifting/carrying and pushing/pulling objects weighing 0-25 lbs. * Frequent sitting, standing, walking, reaching and repetitive foot/leg and hand/arm movements. * Frequent use of vision and depth perception for distances near (20 inches or less) and far (20 feet or more) and to identify and distinguish colors. * Frequent use of hearing and speech to share information through oral communication. Ability to hear alarms, malfunctioning machinery, etc. * Frequent keyboard use/data entry. * Occasional bending, stooping, kneeling, squatting, twisting and gripping. * Occasional lifting/carrying and pushing/pulling objects weighing 25-50 lbs. * Rare climbing.
