Information Technology Manager **Company:** The Boeing Company The Boeing Company’s Information Digital Technology & Security (IDT&S) Engineering division is seeking an **Information Technology Manager** to join the team in **Everett, WA;** or**Seattle, WA**. The selected candidate will lead multiple talented and matrixed teams in developing solutions for the Certification, Safety, Airworthiness, and Loadable Software functions. This individual must leverage strong skills in relationship building and teaming, problem solving, strategic planning, Agile software development, technical acumen, and communication at all levels to help accelerate our team's operations and lead them to successful delivery of valuable business solutions. Partner closely with a diverse set of stakeholders in the support of Certification activities for our new Commercial programs, advancing our Safety culture, and loading operations-critical software onto aircraft prior to first flight and delivery. Partner with global team in defining the future state of team operations as we strive to deliver new enterprise solutions, stabilize and sunset aging applications, enhance capabilities in our existing solutions, and chart out the future course of applications and technologies in the Certification & Safety Product space. **Position Responsibilities:** * Lead and manage the Certification & Safety application maintenance, development team, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to team members * Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scope, and establish project timelines * Manage the software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance * Ensure adherence to software development, best practices, coding standards, and quality assurance processes * Develop and maintain relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, regulators, peers, partners and direct reports * Manage relationships w
