What You'll Achieve.
Ensure continuous availability of key hotel systems; Deliver high quality IT services and support to administrative users based on established SLAs; safeguard critical data in line with corporate and local policy requirements

What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Diploma/Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field, 1–3 years of IT support hospitality experience preferred, Good knowledge of Windows systems, networks (LAN/Wi-Fi), IT hardware, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, Good communication and customer service mindset, Able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, Excellent reading, writing, and oral proficiency in English language, Must be able to speak, read, and write Bahasa Malaysia, Must have the right to work in Malaysia
Nice to Have
Familiarity with hotel systems (PMS, POS, keycard) is an advantage
What You'll Do.
Maintain professional and collaborative working relationship
Provide timely technical support to hotel guests
Deliver high quality IT services and support
Ensure continuous availability of key hotel systems
Develop and maintain user guides
Provide support for all hotel systems
Assist in maintaining system security
Support the operation of electronic communication systems
Act as primary liaison with vendors
Work with Purchasing Department
Maintain accurate documentation
Coordinate system upgrades
Support property level and corporate initiated projects
Establish and enforce system backup procedures
Assist in implementing cybersecurity controls

Coordinate system upgrades, updates, and new implementations, Support property level and corporate initiated technology projects
