What They're Looking For.
Must Have
3+ years of experience as a Project Manager working with Atlassian products (Jira and Confluence), Proven experience leading cross-functional projects and managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment, understanding of business processes, workflow optimization, and enterprise systems, Experience with automation and integration platforms such as Workato and Monday. com, Experience with or interest in leveraging AI technologies to improve operational processes, reporting, automation, and user experience, Excellent project management, organizational, and stakeholder management skills, analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities with a hands-on approach, Ability to work independently while also being a collaborative and proactive team player, Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, High level of ownership, accountability, and integrity
Nice to Have
Experience administering HiBob or other HR systems, Familiarity with CLM platforms and enterprise integrations, Experience working in the AdTech industry

This position reports directly to the VP of MIS and offers a unique opportunity to work in a professional, collaborative, and fast-paced environment focused on innovation and continuous improvement.
