What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Minimum 7 years of professional experience in application development, including experience working on enterprise-scale systems, hands-on expertise with Node. js/JavaScript, Python, RESTful APIs, JSON, Oracle, and MySQL, Proven ability to design and optimize complex SQL queries for performance and scalability, Extensive experience developing and supporting applications in Linux environments, including shell scripting, Experience contributing to architecture discussions and leading or influencing technical decisions, problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively, Clear, confident communication skills and a passion for building intuitive, user-first applications
Nice to Have
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience), Experience with Docker, Jenkins, Okta, and modern CI/CD pipelines, Familiarity with Agile development practices and DevOps principles, A proactive, ownership-driven mindset with a desire to continuously learn and improve, Appreciation for user experience principles and designing software that is both powerful and easy to use
