Working within the Knowledge and Information Management (KIM) team, you will play a central role in embedding good information management practice while contributing to wider governance activities that support transparency, accountability, and regulatory decision‑making. The role has a strong focus on records management, including developing and maintaining retention schedules, advising on good recordkeeping, supporting the effective use of corporate systems such as SharePoint and other EDRMS platforms, and helping prepare records for transfer to The National Archives in line with Public Records Act (PRA) requirements. Alongside this, you will contribute to broader governance work, including supporting data protection activity such as Data Protection Impact Assessments and related work under UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018, and championing a culture of privacy by design, as well as assisting with information rights requests under the Freedom of Information Act
