Must Have
Leadership of information/knowledge management/R&D intelligence programs, Hands-on expertise with NLP, text mining, Agentic AI, Understanding of data engineering platforms, Excellent stakeholder management and matrix leadership skills, Master's degree in STEM, Data Science, Information Science or related discipline
Nice to Have
Expertise in knowledge graphs, ontologies, semantic search, vector databases, Experience with scientific informatics platforms, tools and workflows, PhD degree in a relevant STEM or Informatics field

Own end-to-end information pipelines
Ingest unstructured data
Build knowledgebases powered by NLP
Procure and deliver scientific information services
Manage competitive intelligence tools and literature mining platforms
Set governance standards for information quality
Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture
Lead cross-functional matrix teams in Agile delivery
Champion a data-centric culture
