Must Have
understanding of communication design, information architecture, content structuring, Ability to simplify complex concepts into intuitive visual formats, Experience in designing infographics, visual frameworks, diagrams, dashboards, and presentations, Proficiency with tools such as PowerPoint, Adobe Illustrator, Figma, Adobe XD/ Rush, photoshop, or similar, sense of visual hierarchy, layout, typography, color, and UI/UX fundamentals, Ability to interpret data and extract meaningful insights, Structured thinking and problem-solving capability, Familiarity with basic data visualization principles, Exceptional attention to detail, Ability to translate stakeholder requirements into visual communication solutions, communication and presentation skills, Ability to manage deadlines, prioritize tasks, and work independently
Nice to Have
Bachelor’s degree in Communication Design, Visual Design, Information Design, HCI, or a related field, Experience in consulting, corporate communication, product design, or data visualization roles, Familiarity with frameworks like design thinking, service design, or system mapping, Experience creating communication assets for leadership, product teams, or customers
