This role combines analytical thinking, content structuring, and high-quality visual design to help audiences understand, engage with, and act on information quickly and effectively. The ideal candidate has strong skills in information architecture, visual design, data visualization, and storytelling - with the ability to create infographics, diagrams, frameworks, dashboards, presentations, and communication materials that simplify complexity without losing accuracy. Key Responsibilities Information Structuring & Content Design • Break down complex content, processes, or data into logical, easy-to-understand structures. • Translate raw information into clear narratives, flows, taxonomies, and visual frameworks. • Determine the best format to communicate information: infographic, diagram, model, dashboard, presentation, or document. • Collaborate with subject matter experts to extract key messages and insights. • Apply principles of cognition, clarity, and visual hierarchy to ensure content is understandable and usable. Visual Communication & Design • Create visually appealing infographics, diagrams, charts, and explanatory visuals. • Use illustration, iconography, layout, and typography to enhance comprehension. • Convert finalized content into polished design deliverables aligned with brand guidelines. • Ensure visual storytelling is consistent, engaging, and intuitive. • Produce high-quality design assets for both digital and print formats.
