Our diagnostic solutions are used in hospitals, laboratories and clinics around the globe. The crucial information derived from our tests, instruments and informatics systems are often the first step in patient care decision making for hundreds of health conditions from heart attacks to blood disorders to infectious diseases and cancers. **_What You 'll Do:_** ### **_Main Purpose of Role_** A technical expert focused on the end-to-end delivery of the AlinIQ Digital Health applications and at the center of delivering on Abbott's consumer healthcare strategy. Core responsibilities of this role include complex IT implementation, testing, training, and escalation management. Along with the technical aptitude, this role is client facing and individuals need to also possess excellent communication, critical thinking, and other soft skills to ensure high client satisfaction. * Responsible for the end-to-end implementation, testing and training of the Abbott Digital applications with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction.
