BS in Informatics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field, 4 years’ experience, Microsoft Certified Power BI Data Analyst Associate certification
What You'll Do.

Manage diverse BI environments and oversee reporting and knowledge management portfolios using Power BI
Ability to transform complex business requirements into scalable data infrastructure
developing CRUD-based applications with Power Apps
and managing CI/CD pipelines through Azure DevOps.
Utilize the Agile development process to provide customer‑focused development approach that delivers value in small
incremental increments through continuous collaboration
and adaptive planning.
Work collaboratively with senior leadership to determine metrics
Develop dashboards to communicate key performance measures
Develop and manage program tools for planning work and tracking status.
Experience with Power BI
maintain and improve the user experience.
Experience with management of data warehouses and use existing VA platforms (as mentioned above) to develop the architecture to create data tables

The VHA HEFP Special Engineering Program (SEP) manages nationally prioritized, high-impact capital initiatives, including the Electronic Health Record Modernization, Facility Recapitalization, and Targeted Infrastructure programs. SEP establishes national priorities to ensure consistent, enterprise-wide alignment and execution. Gritter Francona is looking for an Informatics Architect/Business Intelligence Developer to support this potential project. Key Responsibilities and key experience: * Experienced in architect end-to-end data pipelines, dimensional data models, and cloud-based warehousing solutions utilizing VA-approved platforms such as Azure Data Factory, Azure Databricks, Python, SQL Server, and Dagster. * Manage diverse BI environments and oversee reporting and knowledge management portfolios using Power BI, Power Apps, SharePoint, and Jira. * Ability to transform complex business requirements into scalable data infrastructure, developing CRUD-based applications with Power Apps, and managing CI/CD pipelines through Azure DevOps. * Experienced in Agile development process to provide customer‑focused development approach that delivers value in small, incremental increments through continuous collaboration, rapid feedback, and adaptive planning. * Work collaboratively with senior leadership to determine metrics, measures, and data needs.
