Full Job Description
**Te tūnga | The role** We have a 12-month fixed term opportunity for an Informatician to join our Health Surveillance Applications team who touches the hottest topics in public health surveillance today, including supporting national notifiable disease management systems, PHFS Clinical Data Repositories and other integrated data management activities to support public health response. In this role, you’ll provide technical support to maintain and develop nationally significant surveillance systems as well as linked applications, reports and data pipelines. You’ll also oversee the day-to-day administration of critical Health Surveillance Applications and integrations. You’ll get involved in identifying and helping to resolve issues that may affect the successful delivery of applications, reports and services, which support enhanced public health surveillance. The position will be available to start early July. Preference is for the role to be based in either Auckland, Wellington, or Christchurch.
