1–4 years of experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, or digital marketing, Ability to independently manage end-to-end influencer campaigns, Multilingual communication skills with proficiency in Telugu, Tamil, and Malayalam preferred, Excellent negotiation, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills, coordination and multitasking abilities across multiple campaigns and categories, Comfortable working in a high-energy, execution-focused environment, attention to detail with the ability to manage timelines, budgets, and campaign deliverables effectively, Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze campaign performance and optimize outcomes, Passion for social media trends, creator culture, and digital storytelling, verbal and written communication skills, Willingness to work from office and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams

What You'll Do.
